Interesting approach, but not practical, IF the merchant that you deal with ONLY has a facebook page as their channel for communication.
For such a scenario, you would then have to edit those entries out for any communications. As I said, not very practical, unless you plan to never deal with any business with that narrow perception of "Customer-Facing" service points.
