[Brisk Menu] Cupertino change default Brisk view

Situation: Love the Cupertino layout and the full screen Brisk Menu (Dash), would want to keep it.

Problem: The Brisk Menu (Dash) defaults to "Favourites", which is not very useful for me who would prefer to scroll through "All" applications alphabetically.

Question: Are we able to switch the default view from "Favourites" to "All"? Dconf-editor does not seem to show such an option.

Was there ever any follow-up or fix to this? I would also like to be able to choose which tab the focus is on when opening the full-screen brisk menu. Right now it defaults to "Favourites", which is empty.
More choice with this would be helpful.
