Broken NVIDIA driver packages after updating 24.04.3

$ apt-mark showhold
libnvidia-common-470
nvidia-driver-470

Should I skeep “ linux-signatures-nvidia-6.8.0-79-generic” in the update list ?

I'm a bit stumped, it's weird that you have nvidia-driver-470 installed but not nvidia-dkms-470.

I would look at apt show -a nvidia-dkms-470 and see if a compatible version is available (e.g. 470.256.02 or 470.256.02-1).
