I have an old Thinkpad I5 with Intel graphics and16G ram that lately has started to crawl when I browse using Firefox and Chrome. Previously there were no noticeable problems. I can see that the CPU resources go almost 100% or most cores, it is hard to see since the laptop is gets not responsive.
There are no video driver installed. If it just occurred in a single browser I would say it is a browser definition but this is not the case.
Anyone have any ideas?
