Can't Arrange City List In World Clock 1.24.0

You ever could move the locations in the list? That's news to me. See the similar topic I responded to a few months ago:

In the calendar. Is there a way to reorganise the order of the locations clocks without having to remove them and add them again in the right order ? I could not find an answer anywhere I looked. W [Locations]
