Hello @thetechguy, welcome to the forum. 
I am quite sorry to hear that the accessibility support in the installer isn't working out. We are well aware that an issue exists, and we're getting closer to the culprit (I think), but we still haven't found the problem (much less rectified it).
@saivinob has done us a great service by consolidating the evidence regarding this case 
into one place on the forum:
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this and fix the bug 
soon, preferably before version 20.10 comes out in October.
