China has deemed Nvidia GPUs as too great a security risk and has banned their usage in any Chinese AI servers.
The strategic implication of a China-originating UBIOS, available only for Chinese-made computing equipment, ensures that if the edict is to only allow residents to own China-built computers, there will likely be little chance of being able to use/adapt Western-originating tools (i.e. Facebook, etc.) to circumvent Government oversight/spying. The "Big Brother" control enforced, preventing any independant movements to facilitate emergence of democratic liberalism.
