Chromium Crashes when installing a chrome extension

Same problem this guy experienced. When I click on the button "Add extension" the window starts vibrating up and down and I can't click on anything. I have to force quit each and every single time

I'm on a Framework 13

I'm having the same problem. Latest update didn't fix it.
