Constant auto reboot loop Odroid

any idea why sometimes ubuntu refuses to load up desktop?
in this video you can i see it instantly reboots after i attempt to login with user Odroid


but when i try to login second time in the video at 1:13, it did not reboot.

my syslog file is here. date is April 23, around 10pm or around line 36679. from 10 to 11pm, it was constantly rebooting by itself.

is it power cable? hdmi cable? please show me how to read log files. thanks!

it is rock solid on 1080p.
very unstable once i change resolution to 4K on this 4K tv. im thinking it’s because the micro usb port is not getting enough juice from the wall charger. just bought the adapter for the barrel plug. hope it works!
