Is there an easy way to add a Browse button to the right click on files Copy To/Move To? I saw a script that may do that, however I am not proficient in creating scripts for caja. Right now all the options are Desktop/Home folder (and Other pane). If not, is there a way to force caja to display 2 panes?
Yes, Caja can display two panes. You can turn on or off the extra pane by pressing the F3 key while in Caja. You can navigate each pane independently.
You can also use the Caja menus to accomplish this.
Caja > View > Extra Pane
