Do you know a yaru colors theme with dark panel and light windows? I found this but not colored as yaru themes in Mate.
Think I know what you are looking for, tried variations of Yaru UM22.04.2 with no success. Don't remember theme but one light worked as light with the exception of Bleachbit which was dark (black)
Possibly partial might be to check in programs you are using to see if they have a theme option. Not answer but maybe.
Below are two examples using Gimp and Inkscape on my YaruGreen and other is changing theme in preferences to a dark. Blender has options.
