Devive Manager for Ubuntu Mate
If you want something graphical like Device Manager, I suggest you look at hardinfo. You'll need to install it first.
Using Terminal:
sudo apt-get install hardinfo
Once installed you can either type hardinfo
Or open it through the menu: 'System Tools' System Profiler and Benchmark

Thanks lah7, I noticed that last night, I didn’t recall seeing it when I had a quick look through software Boutique, after install.
Oh well, no harm in Knowing the terminal commands I guess. 
EDIT -- I just went in the official Ubuntu Hardinfo page and it is confirmed that the Network Updater is no longer working because of a DB Loss. --
Hardinfo was quite useful, but since the last 2 or 3 Ubuntu releases, their DB is down and not reachable.
You can still measure performance and gather information on your hardware, but you cannot compare anymore with other people hardware to know how much your system perform.
Can someone confirm it?
