Following this discussion on Reddit, they advise to remove the add-on “Ubuntu Modifications”. Shall we do that on Ubuntu MATE 17.10, too?
We’ve been discussing that internally.
I’m also of the opinion that we should drop it.

It will be dropped before Ubuntu MATE 17.10 Beta 1. In prior Ubuntu MATE releases a fixed Ubufox is coming soon.
