Discrepancy or misunderstanding - Video FPS values reported - which is correct?

Looking at a video file's properties using Caja, we see the following reporting the FPS value as 25:

Opening that file in HandBrake, the initial Summary panel usually reports the file's properties as well but, instead, it seems to be reporting incorrectly, showing a value of 30 FPS:

Can anyone confirm that the Caja-reported value is the correct one and that, somehow, a bug has found its way into HandBrake?

Check with ffprobe as thats a much more reliable source of truth.
