I would like to refer members of the Community to documents which I had compiled to impose more discipline and structure, upon myself, for the planning and documenting of a specific fresh install for UbuntuMATE Desktop, in this case mostly UM 20.04, but 2 or 3 have not been updated since my first stab at doing it for UM 18.04 .
