Just as the title says, I need the Ubuntu 16.04 for ROS Kinetic. Nearly all my devices work in ROS Kinetic thus i need my Raspberry Pi 4B to run Ubuntu 16.04. Since Ubuntu 16.04 works normall in RPi2 and 3 i thought this would be the case for RPi 4. I haven't tried it yet, but if there are some info or advice i can get i would love them. Thank you.

No, there are major differences in the architecture of the Pi 4 vs the previous Pi models.
At this time only 19.10 based on the server image is supported and working on the Pi 4.
