I'm thinking of buying a Pocket 2 to run Ubuntu MATE but I see on the GPD home page it now says "(7y30 only）" against the Ubuntu MATE download links. I'm hesitant to buy one which will probably now have the newer m3-8100Y processor and find it won't run Ubuntu. However, I see no mention of processor type on the Ubuntu MATE page.
Can anyone confirm or otherwise whether this will be a problem, and if not why the GPD home page says "7y30 only"?
