Double indicators at Notification Area and Indicator Applet Complete

The network indicator appears both at Notification Area and at Indicator Area Complete of my panel.

Is there a way to choose which indicator appears at which area?
I came across a post with a similar issue in the past, but it seems it hasn't been resolved so far.

Hi @obaino,

there is a newer thread about this problem. There is a bugreport for 20.04 and you can vote for it as affecting you too.
