Can someone tell me which command/utility will generate a terminal report as displayed in the above image?

Looks like neofetch to me, then again it, fastfetch, and numerous others all display somewhat similar detail just slightly differently.

Thank you! I always wondered how to get those information reported like that and now I know how to - didn't even know how to frame a question to google that since my native language isn't english haha
