ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 2 modded to look like Mac OS Cheetah. It's not perfect, but I found MATE to have the best experience to do this.

Try XFCE and plank. Why not mate? Because the appmenu is broken. It works better on xfce4-panel.
Yeah maybe you can show which themes you ahve used with screenfetch-/neofetch
