Enable hover click in Ubuntu Mate 20.04

Hello,
Is it possible to enable hover click in Ubuntu Mate 20.04? I searched the forums for this topic but the posts I found are all older and I think date back to releases based on gtk2, while newer releases are based on gtk3. I found how to enable hover click on stock Ubuntu using gnome desktop, but can't seem to find how to enable it on Mate desktop.
Thanks in advance for any direction you can provide.

Hello,

I figured out how to enable hover click in Ubuntu Mate 20.04, so thought I would post the solution in case it helps someone in the future.

Here are the steps I took:
-Opened Onboard program, then right clicked on the Onboard icon in the system tray and selected Help
-In Onboard Help, clicked on "Use the hover click" and followed the directions there, including installing the package "mousetweaks"
-On the Onboard Keyboard clicked on the icon that looks like a mouse pointer, which expanded into a set of additional keys, including the key that looks like a mouse pointer with a little clock in the upper right hand corner
-Clicked the key with the pointer and the clock to enable hover click
-Adjusted various Onboard settings using Onboard Preferences program
-I had to logout and then back in, and hover click was up and running

Hope this information is helpful to the community, and thanks to all the Ubuntu Mate developers for making such a great distribution!!
