Error Message at Startup

Several users have the same issue. Please add the error message found in your System Tools to this report:

"System program problem detected" error

I've been encountering a this few days now: [Screenshot%20at%202019-02-14%2018-08-31] I always click the "Report problem..." button. Is there any way to find out what the issue is myself? Maybe I just need to uninstall something?
