Error on-screen-keyboard

Hi everyone.
I have a problem with the on-screen keyboard since the update to 24.04 (from 23.10).
When I drag it over with the mouse, it disappears.
Is there a way to debug the reason or is there already a solution?

One note: since version 22, it no longer reads the keyboard setting (ger) and then uses the standard eng. layout.
As a solution, I added the English keyboard layout too. Then it loaded the correct layout. Maybe that will help?
Thank you very much
