Has anyone found a good native replacement for Evernote? Web-based Evernote is an alternative, but not ideal after using a native Evernote application on Windows and Macs.

I’ve used Zim for the last few years, it’s not a direct replacement in terms of featureset, but I’ve found it’s portable and allows me to keep my notes readable across platforms.
