Any chance we can get the uploads to allow some sort usable archive? 7z, for example.
Any nontrivial solution to problems here means at best having to paste something into a comment; and for anything involving more than a single file means all we can offer people is "well, I have exactly what you're looking for, but I can't upload it here so, good luck".
Capping filesizes at even just 5MB would remove any risk of people sharing binaries etc.
