I’m trying to find snappy packages on Xenial. The only thing that I’ve been able to install with snappy.
Are these apps just for the phone? I figure nginx would work on x86 but no dice.

If you have Synaptic installed; open it and type "snappy" in search and near the bottom of the list, you will find a few packages which might be what you need?:
Honestly I’m just curious. I don’t need anything. I just want to try it snap packages.
From what I saw in synaptic there are packages not related to ubuntu snappy, another application and applications for developers or ubuntu core.
I hope they figure out a solution for ubuntu’s application discoverabilty problems with xenial. Will they be able to put snaps in the gnome software center?
There’s also the lxc approach for gui apps if I really want a program isolated.
