Although Firefox ESR is not in the official repositories for Ubuntu Mate. I noticed that the current Debian PowerPC port has Firefox ESR 52 available. As this is more current than Firefox 47, I downloaded the .deb file and installed it using GDebi. Although it runs, it is very crashy and slow. Is there anything I should try to improve matters or is it simply not done to mix Debian packages with Ubuntu?
