Found a potential bug in Welcome Center (Cannot install Additional Themes)

So I tried to install "Additional Themes" in the 'Updates and Extras' part of the Welcome Center and got this error message. Running 16.04.3 LTS. Image below.

I wasn't sure how to report bugs (I'm very new to Linux) so I figured I'd post it here if that's okay. Also, how can I install additional themes? I really want to check them out!

I just replied in the other thread. See there for installation of Arc and Numix.

It would be worth filing a bug report, though.
