My prefered backup application in Freefilessync. Is there a reason that there isn’t PPA in 15.04 For this. Just wonerding

The PPA has not been updated for a year.

Yet the freefilesync site has the updated version.
So you got yourself a good question 
Maybe ask the ppa maintainer, if one still exist.
