Do i need to reinstall it when alfa 1 it’s release or i just need to upgrade the daily iso build?
Either way works. Some think it better to go with a fresh alfa install. I’m going to just keep updating my current install.
I haven’t done anything with 16.10 to be honest!. 
If you keep updating it, you should be good-to-go (like a cup of American coffee!). 
There has been a lot of churn during the 16.10 cycle, particularly with meta packages. I’d recommend a clean install of Alpha 1.
