Hi there,
am using ubuntu mate 19.10;
I see sometimes fullscreen app getting transparent - this happens for example in RealVNC viewer - but also happens to the mate desktop itself. 
The app/desktop is still clickable but itself is transparent.
Anybody sees this as well?
I found the only solution to relogin.
