Gimp theme in 20.04 is unreadable

The Gimp theme in 20.04 is terrible. I can barely see the tools.

The other themes are not any better.

Where I can get some "readable" themes?

I did a search, but did not come up with any clear choices.

I found the issue.

I changed the icon theme to color.
