click view > device information. I think you are working with GPT file table on your host drive and msdos on your target drive…
note the “key” symbols, those are mounted partitions (in use) … you can’t copy mounted partitions.
use gparted on your live USB
(and fix your label spelling error = “windows”)
I did use gparted on a live USB and I spelled Windows 10 Windoze 10 on purpose because it’s crappy windows that I only use for updating my GPS and to fix the Windows file systems when they get messed up by running chkdsk, like when I can’t shutdown correctly and some of my partitions become read only under Linux because they are not marked as clean.
I don’t know how to use fsck to mark partitions as clean.
