Gparted: making boot partition bigger

Hi There,

I run a dual boot system with a few partitions and I want to make my UM boot partition bigger. There enough space “before” this partition. I started the laptop with a live UBS drive and wanted to resize the partition. But I get all kinds or warnings saying I could lose data or the system could not boot anymore afterwards.

Long story short: Shall I ignore those and go ahead? Or is there a safer way to do this?
Thanks

GParted will warn you no matter what is done. Make backups however you can as you deem necessary, and proceed.

As per Tiox’s reply. Gparted always gives you those warnings whenever you attempt to resize a partition that has data on it. It’s usually unproblematic. But, backup any important data from it just in case.

Tested. Indeed worked. Thx
