I run a dual boot system with a few partitions and I want to make my UM boot partition bigger. There enough space “before” this partition. I started the laptop with a live UBS drive and wanted to resize the partition. But I get all kinds or warnings saying I could lose data or the system could not boot anymore afterwards.
Long story short: Shall I ignore those and go ahead? Or is there a safer way to do this?
Thanks
As per Tiox’s reply. Gparted always gives you those warnings whenever you attempt to resize a partition that has data on it. It’s usually unproblematic. But, backup any important data from it just in case.
