Was just messing around with GIMP this morning using "The Cube" wallpaper by Hameed on Deviantart as a base and added a transparent UM logo with small lens flare effect behind it.

What’s the resulting image license?

Thanks ouroumov, you might want to have a look at Hameed’s page on deviantart as he does a lot of amazing sci-fi/space art. As far a licensing is concerned I’m not exactly sure. I know the artist said that he created this to be a wallpaper free to download and use. I don’t know how to use GIMP, or any other artistic software for that matter, so I was just messing around combining it with various MATE images for practice. Sorry, wish I could be more help but I’m not very savvy when it comes to all things art…including the licenses.
