"Help" graphic distorted in ubuntu mate 22.04.4 LTS on rpi4

Dear ubuntu mate community,

I'm running into a strange problem. Since today my help is shown distorted like you can see in the pictures attached. My system is running on a raspberry pi 4 8GB, my Version is 22.04.4 LTS arm64. The whole system has all recent upgrades/updates.

I also have the same problem shown in the GUFW window above. I have been ignoring it for quite some time.
