How can I disable these low battery notifications?

Dear all,

I would like to disable these two battery notifications.

Does anyone know how to achieve it?

I assume one is the default MATE one whereas the other one comes from the fact that I have installed indicator-power.

Hello,

try to change the value percentage-low or change use-time-for-policy
You can do it with dconf-editor.

Thank you, @Etamuk!

So, if I set use-time-for-policy to false, then all functionality of the power manager is still given, correct?

For instance, the laptop should still go into standby when battery remaining is critical.

I just do not need to see these double notifications.

@orschiro Were you able to turn off these notifications?

I want to disable the one that came from indicator-power-service (the one with "Battery settings" button which doesn't even work), and leave the second one from Power Manager.

I think this is the issue that devs should remove from MATE. I'm now on 20.04 LTS and the issue still persist.
