try to change the value percentage-low or change use-time-for-policy

So, if I set use-time-for-policy
to false
, then all functionality of the power manager is still given, correct?
For instance, the laptop should still go into standby when battery remaining is critical.
I just do not need to see these double notifications.

I want to disable the one that came from indicator-power-service (the one with "Battery settings" button which doesn't even work), and leave the second one from Power Manager.
I think this is the issue that devs should remove from MATE. I'm now on 20.04 LTS and the issue still persist.
