How do I enable livepatch in ubuntu 18.04 lts?

After installing updates, I get this message

But when I click on settings, a button to enable livepatch isn't available

I would like to enable livepatch. But how do I do that?
I found this guide:

apt dist-upgrade. Will apt dist-upgrade make my PC unstable?

Every suggestion is welcome.

Hi,

You just need to go there, subscribe and follow instructions (juste one command to type with a custom token).

I made an account; I clicked on the link sent to my email to make an account. Then, I entered my login and I gotta a blank white screen on Firefox and error 404 on Chrome. I guess I will have to contact Canonical support. However, if I format my PC, will I lose the right to one of the three allowed machines?

I have no idea why you don’t get a token from your place.

After login, you should get the following instructions:

sudo snap install canonical-livepatch
sudo canonical-livepatch enable <your_token>

The token is that authenticates simultaneous livepatch setups, so it does not matter if your format one of your machines.

Hi, the problem was noscript on Canonical’s website. I didn’t notice that it is another domain; I allowed ubuntu’s website, but noscript blocked Canonical’s domain. Also, I used different container(tab) on firefox, so I couldn’t get the token. Everything’s is fine. Thanks a lot of clearing things out for me.
