How do I specify a search for all posts that had attachments?

Wondering if that is possible? Tried searching for something I posted, with various topical labels/strings, and not finding the item I am looking for.

By attachments, do you mean a file? Or an image (with:images)?

There's many "Advanced filters" on the search page that could filter down to "I created" and other keywords/attributes you remember for that topic/post.

Or if it was a link, you could search by domain or what the filename had.
