I tried to upgrade 16.10 Alpha 1 today but it seems that the partial upgrade cannot be completed.
sudo apt-get install -f didn’t work.
The system is unable to lock the administration directory because dpkg cannot be exited. I also cannot shut down the system. Can anyone help me out?
