Hello almost looks like you are still at TL0. Possibly this may help to clear up the question. Did not look up your other post so might be wrong.

Thanks for your help. Very complicated and makes getting support both complicated and time intensive. I've been using mate for years now but since I can't upgrade and can't get help I will probably move to ubuntu sometime before support for 2020 release ends.
