I dislike seeing the snap folder in my home as it is useless to me as a home folder. This hides it.

Ji m's Ubuntu Handbook is one of the more useful Linux sites I have found on the Internet for people like me that are not and do not want to become experts. I used it when they took the quick search box away from Synaptic which I really liked.
Enable Quick Filter Search Box in Synaptic Package Manager
