Hi guys! How can I replace the Ubuntu Mate Grub with the official Ubuntu one? I would to install the official Ubuntu Grub because I want to set one of my wallpaper. Thanks in advance 
As far as I know, Mate runs the official grub2, just like Ubuntu.
Unless you mean the display manager, which is basically the same.

I think peppe130 wants to have the default un-themed grub menu if I understand correctly?

If you just uninstall grub2-themes-ubuntu-mate, you probably will revert to the original, text grub menu. You can then add your own background image.
