How to know if my computer will work on mate

I just built my computer in March and I downloaded mate to maybe get back into Linux. But my sound doesn’t seem to work or my graphics card and my usb wifi. If anyone knows the command to put in the terminal I will post my specs. I just want to get all my drivers downloaded and working

Gather specs using the command:

inxi -ACDSMNGI
