If I understood you correctly, you can do that by changing the font size for the title bars to a larger one.
Sorry i did not mention in original post but yes i have been doing as you have told to undertake the intended work. What i was hoping is that to resize title bar so that characters with longer lower glyphs such as g, p, q and y have sees cuts in them because of improper sizing.
Picture below please zoom and note lower glyphs of p, q and y in title bar you would see a abrupt cutting of lower side of the letters.
I see what you mean. Could it be due to the particular font you're using? I tried to replicate that with my default font (Ubuntu) and it works fine, no cutouts.
