Hp laptop with ubuntu mate 18.10 realtek rtl8111 wifi problem

Hi to everyone
I am relatively new to Linux and seeking help with getting my wifi to work
I am trying to get my relatek rtl8111 to work with ubuntu mate with no sucess
so far i was following several tutorials and there was no positive resoults, I cant find any threads with 18.10 ubuntu version and this may be the problem as instalation steps may vary from older version
Did any one have had this problem and if yes any Ideas how to solve it?

Maybe try installing the firmware provided by Debian? It lists RTL8111 in the list of supported adapters.
