My MFP M28a all-in-one printer was working fine under 18.04, and now under 20.04 the scanner is detected but not responding.
If you have an idea...

PS : The update of HPLIP+Plugin (3.20.3) doesn't change anything.
The solution is : hp-plugin -i
now it works
This is an older thread, so maybe I'm wasting my question - but how is that solution applied? In any open terminal window, or must you be in a particular directory? Thanks for your patience with what might seem a stupid question!
