I need quieter fans for my desktop system.
That is because of my hyperacusia.
Here is what I have.
Arctic fans are a budget-friendly option with good performance, especially at lower RPMs, while Noctua fans are more expensive but offer superior build quality, more accessories, and highly consistent performance with less noise at high RPMs. Noctuas can scale to lower noise levels because of their FDP bearing and strict quality control.
