Hey everyone,
After resizing the partion that I have Ubuntu MATE (15.10) installed on, I started to see the following message while booting:
[0.012069] Ignoring
BGRT: invalid status 0 (expected 1)
It doesn’t seem to affect anything, but what is this message? Also, is there any way to stop it from showing?
Thanks,
John
It seems to be minor

And this
The BGRT is an ACPI table that provides a pointer to the UEFI boot graphics logo. The warning is simply saying the table isn't instantiated by the firmware properly. We can't do anything about this.

Okay. Thanks. It’s interesting that it only started showing up after I resized its partion.
