I’m installing, or trying to install the latest ubuntu mate immage, and I can’t get orca to stay on. I can get it running, but it quickly turns itself off. I downloaded version 15 yesterday, and put it on another computer, and didn’t have this problem.

Did you already install the OS to disk or are you using it via a Live USB?

I was using the live cd. I was looking at installing it on a laptop I have here, but I couldn’t get speech to stay on so I could get through the
install. The previous release will do it, but not this one.
